The original Fresh & Fried Hard launched as a blog in 2019 though the concept and content was birthed in 2017. In 2024, life took over – bulldozed right over any plans to make changes – and the blog was moved to Substack. For now, it will stay there and this space will be used as a reader beginning with some of the old posts from the original blog. Baby steps. And persistence. That’s the promise here.
